1. About the Service
These Terms apply to website services provided by Essain Digital. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these terms.
We build static websites for businesses. The service includes creation of a website with the client’s provided information, hosting of the website, and basic maintenance to keep the website online. The website is informational only and does not include advanced features such as user accounts, databases, payment systems, or custom backend functionality unless explicitly agreed in writing.
2. Pricing & Payment
We offer monthly subscriptions and yearly one-time payments. All pricing is agreed before launch. Payment is made in advance.
Monthly plan
Client pays monthly and pays for domain registration/renewal. We set up the domain to the website.
Yearly plan
One-time yearly payment includes one domain covered by us up to 150 DKK/year. Client pays any difference above 150 DKK. We set up the domain to the website.
3. Domain Names
For the yearly plan, we purchase the domain on the client’s behalf (up to 150 DKK/year). If the plan is not renewed, domain renewal becomes the client’s responsibility.
For the monthly plan, the client purchases and renews the domain. We are not responsible for domains that expire, stop working, or are lost due to non-payment by the client.
4. Client Content & Responsibility
The client is responsible for providing accurate and lawful content, including text, images, logos, and contact details. The client confirms that they have the right to use any content they provide. We are not responsible for any legal issues related to the client’s content.
5. Changes & Updates
Text edits and layout changes may be included. Larger changes, redesigns, or new pages may be billed separately for a small agreed fee.
6. Cancellation & Termination
Monthly: cancel anytime. Site goes offline at the end of the paid period. No refunds once payment complete.
Yearly: payment is non-refundable once delivered. Site goes offline at the end of the paid period.
7. Availability & Downtime
We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted uptime. We are not responsible for downtime caused by third parties or force majeure.
8. Limitation of Liability
Service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for loss of revenue, business, or indirect damages.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. The latest version will always be published on our website.
